Libreville, July 29, 2026 (Gabon News) – In choosing Accra for one of its first major diplomatic visits after election, Gabonese President Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema sent a signal that surpasses the bilateral framework.
The visit, which included official meetings with Ghanaian President John Dramani Mahama, marked a significant shift in Libreville’s approach to regional diplomacy.
