N’Djamena’s urban transformation took a decisive step forward during an official workshop validating the Municipal Agency for Major Works (AMGT) strategic framework documents.
The two-day session, held at the Radisson Blu hotel, brought together municipal directors, technical teams, administrative officials, and specialists from the Center for Innovation and Development. Mayor Sanoussi Hassana Abdoulaye opened the event by reflecting on the agency’s creation and its pivotal role in addressing the capital’s most pressing challenges.
