In the capital city of Conakry, Persis Lionel Essono Ondo, the newly appointed extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Gabonese Republic, took a decisive step forward this Wednesday. During a formal meeting, he officially presented his credentials to Morissanda Kouyaté, Guinea’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Integration, and Guineans Abroad.
This essential protocol ceremony marks the beginning of the ambassador’s duties and provides an opportunity to establish initial official contacts, ahead of the formal presentation of his letters of credence to the Guinean Head of State.
