Government delegations from the Kingdom of Morocco and the French Republic convene on Thursday in Rabat for the 15th session of the Morocco-France High-Level Meeting.

The gathering underscores the exceptional partnership between the two nations, guided by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist him, and French President Emmanuel Macron, as stated in an official communiqué.

The timing of this session aligns with the official visit of French Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu on July 15 and 16, 2026, which aims to redefine bilateral relations.

Lecornu’s first official trip to the Kingdom since assuming office in 2025 includes a delegation of over a dozen ministers, including Jean-Noël Barrot (Foreign Affairs) and Laurent Nunez (Interior).

This visit highlights the ongoing efforts to deepen cooperation across key sectors, reinforcing strategic alliances between Morocco and France.
