N’Djamena: empowering youth through professional skill development in Chad

The Réseau des Acteurs de Développement Chrétiens (RADEC) officially launched a new professional training program for young people this Wednesday, August 5, 2026. The initiative, held at the Episcopal Center in N’Djamena, aims to significantly enhance the skill sets of participants.

Organized in collaboration with Moov Money Tchad and several other key organizations, this program is designed to not only strengthen the competencies of the youth but also to facilitate their professional integration, foster entrepreneurial spirit, and promote greater autonomy among them. This critical collaboration underscores a shared commitment to N’Djamena’s socio-economic development.

The inaugural ceremony brought together a diverse group of stakeholders, including senior officials from Moov Money Tchad, representatives from partner organizations, dedicated trainers, the eager young learners themselves, and numerous distinguished guests.

During the event, Matené Elias, President of RADEC, expressed his profound gratitude for the support provided by Moov Money Tchad. He highlighted the company’s unwavering dedication as a vital partner committed to youth empowerment, professional training, and the broader socio-economic advancement of Chad.


« By agreeing to support this endeavor, Moov Money Tchad once again demonstrates its commitment to the youth, to professional development, and to the socio-economic progress of our nation », stated the President of RADEC, emphasizing the impact of this collaboration.

He further clarified that this comprehensive training, which is entirely free and spans a full month, extends far beyond basic automobile driving instruction.


According to President Elias, this initiative represents a crucial opportunity for young beneficiaries to acquire valuable practical skills, significantly easing their entry into the job market and broadening their employment prospects within N’Djamena and across Chad.

He strongly encouraged all participants to demonstrate unwavering discipline, punctuality, seriousness, and commitment throughout the program to maximize the benefits of this unique professional training experience.

Speaking on behalf of Moov Money Tchad, Kourabe Yves, the Head of Offer Design, reiterated the company’s steadfast commitment to supporting endeavors that benefit youth and foster entrepreneurship. He outlined Moov Money Tchad’s intention to assist young individuals by introducing them to its innovative solutions and various avenues for future collaboration.
