Niamey hosts OHADA UAM Club’s ceremonial launch and advocacy contest

The OHADA Club of Abdou Moumouni University of Niamey (Club OHADA UAM) is set to host a significant ceremonial opening on May 22 and 23, 2026. This two-day event, running from 9 AM to 12 PM each day, will explore the compelling theme: « OHADA: The Past, The Present, and The Future! ».

This academic and scientific gathering will be held in conjunction with the 8th edition of the OHADA Law Advocacy Ace Competition. This competition is a key initiative designed to foster a deeper understanding of OHADA legal principles, enhance judicial eloquence, and encourage doctrinal discourse on the ongoing evolution of harmonized African business law.

  • Preliminary Round: « Should business law within OHADA be redefined? »
