In a significant move to reinforce the integrity of Morocco’s judicial system, His Majesty the King has appointed two new members to the Supreme Judicial Council. Among the key decisions, Mr. Mohamed Abdennabaoui has been reappointed as First President of the Court of Cassation and, in this role, as Deputy President of the Supreme Judicial Council.

The monarch also named Ms. Latifa El Harradji and Mr. Nadir El Moumni as new members of the Council. Additionally, Mr. Farid El Bacha was newly appointed, while Mr. Mohamed Zouak and Mr. Mohamed Ennasser received a second term in their positions, all under the constitutional authority vested in His Majesty the King.

During the audience, the newly appointed members took their oath of office before the King, reaffirming their commitment to upholding justice and the rule of law.
