General Saddam Haftar emphasized the deep-rooted historical and fraternal bonds between the two nations, reaffirming Libya’s commitment to strengthening military and security collaboration to tackle joint challenges and bolster regional stability.

President Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno praised the leadership of Libya’s Commander-in-Chief, Marshal Khalifa Abou al-Qasim Haftar, and recognized the vital role played by the Libyan Arab Armed Forces in maintaining security and stability within Libya—a contribution that positively impacts regional peace.
