The Malian Armed Forces (FAMA) declared on Thursday that coordinated military operations in the northern regions of Anfif and Tabrachat resulted in the elimination of nearly a hundred armed militants linked to jihadist factions.
According to an official statement, the strikes targeted members of the Support Group for Islam and Muslims (JNIM) and the Azavad Liberation Front (FLA). A total of 13 airstrikes were conducted, destroying six armored vehicles and a pickup truck, while also seizing weapons caches.
