The President of Chad, Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno, returned to N’Djamena late in the evening following an official visit to the United Arab Emirates.
During his stay, the Head of State held two high-level meetings with the President of the United Arab Emirates, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The first discussion took place at the Presidential Palace, while the second was hosted at the residence of President Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno.
Upon his arrival in N’Djamena, the President was greeted by the Prime Minister, Allah-Maye Halina, the Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces, key government officials, the Minister of State and Secretary-General of the Presidency, the Personal Chief of Staff, the Deputy Civil Cabinet Director, the Deputy Private Secretary, and the Mayor of N’Djamena.
