  • United States: Mahamat Seid Boulakoro Mangue at the Embassy in New York
  • Canada: Adam Kally Nassour at the Embassy in Ottawa
  • South Africa: Hinimbi Clément Zamna at the Embassy in Pretoria
  • Ethiopia: Ousman Allatchi Barkai at the Embassy in Addis-Abeba
  • Equatorial Guinea: Sabir Zakaria Mahamat at the Embassy in Malabo
