The Ministry of National Education has released the results of the first part of the baccalaureate (BAC I) for the 2026 session.

A total of 76,259 candidates sat for this national exam. Of these, 55,707 students were declared successful, representing a pass rate of 73.05%.

These results reflect an encouraging performance for the 2026 edition of the BAC I, which is a key milestone in students’ journey toward the second part of the baccalaureate.

Successful candidates can now continue their studies in the final year (Terminale) in preparation for the BAC II.
