N’DJAMENA – Prime Minister Sifi Ghrieb, accompanied by the Prime Minister and head of government of the Republic of Chad, Allamaye Halina, presided on Monday over the cornerstone-laying ceremony of the Algerian-Chadian solidarity power plant. The facility will have a production capacity of 40 megawatts.
